Shipping Policy

We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our shipping process.

Free Shipping on all eligible orders over 50 EUR and will be delivered in 3 to 7 business days with postal services in the EU, international orders may take a few more days (7-14 days).

 

Order Processing

We process orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic orders within the EU:

Standard shipping: 3-7 business days

Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days

Priority shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method and the weight of the package. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery

We partner with reputable shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure timely and accurate delivery of your package. However, we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is missing or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the missing package or file a claim for the damaged package.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to cancel your order before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refused Packages

A 15 EUR Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit. All packages returned to sender due to customer error may be reshipped or refunded for a 5.99 EUR fee.
